About the Project:
Hendrix is the newest condo development by Sync Properties currently in pre-construction at 10778 138 Street, Surrey offering 1 and 2 bed condos. The Interior designers for this project are “The Collaborative Design Studio” and the Sales/Marketing Company is AXIS Real Estate Solutions. Printing for their presentation centre was completed by Surrey Digital Printing in partnership with Vancouver Sign Group.
What We Did:
C-Track Framed Mesh Banners
Sync Properties chose to use hoarding mesh fence banners varying in size and graphics to cover the perimeter of their presentation centre. These were printed on a vinyl mesh material 70” width on our Konica flatbed printer, hemmed and installed onto C-tracks for a clean and professional look. We then installed to the existing fence.
Renderings & Site Plan Photos
Printed on vinyl and mounted to 1” foamboard with edge wrapping included for a lightweight and high-end look.
Amenities Map & 3D Lettering
The map is printed in the same style as the site plan photos. The locator dots on the map were cut and adhered to the map. Cut vinyl has been applied to the walls to correspond with the dots on the map and the 3D acrylic lettering was cut and painted before being installed onto the wall.
Mesh Fence Banners Hemmed & Grommeted
These hemmed mesh banners are similar to the C-track banners, but grommeted and zap strapped to the fence during the installation process. This is our most popular style of mesh banner.
Reception Desk & Wall Signs
These non-illuminated signs were printed on a 1” PVC material, custom cut to the shape of their logo and laminated with a brushed aluminum finish for a polished & luxurious look.
Window & Wall Graphics
The front windows, office glass, doors and interior walls include custom cut vinyl that has been applied directly to each surface.
A-Frame MDO Boards
These weather resistant A-frames are constructed from MDO plywood with a plastic edge trim and installed with easy to carry handles. The graphics are printed on vinyl and mounted directly to the boards and assembled. Size shown is 24×36”.
