About the Project:
Delightful Living in Coquitlam’s Historic Maillardville
Taking cues from the rich French heritage of its surroundings, Ravir is all about the art of living life to the fullest. This delightful community of 74 studio, 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes is nestled in a remarkably connected yet tranquil location directly across from Mackin Park and just minutes away from the SkyTrain.
What We Did:
Sintra (PVC) Prints
Paulsun Development chose to use sintra for prints for many of their wall features varying in size and graphics to highlight key photos and features of the property. These were printed on 3mm PVC on our Konica UV flatbed printer for a crisp and professional look. We then installed to the existing walls.
Plexi with Printed UV Ink
Clear acrylic plexi with direct (reverse) printed graphics were used with a white ink layer behind for a vibrant and high-end look. Mounted to walls with standoffs giving it a 3-D effect. Stickers were added to the keyplate to indicate unit types.
Awning Vinyl Coverup
Large 3M printed and laminated vinyl was installed overtop of the existing awning. Good for short term applications and a more economical option than reskining the awning.
Matte Vinyl Window & Wall Prints
The wall map and reception wall rendering were both printed/laminated on 3M wall vinyl and installed directly onto freshly painted walls. The front exterior windows use cut to shape 3M window vinyl that has been maked/weeded and installed onto the glass. This gives the windows and walls a clean and modern look.
3-D Feature Wall
1″ White Komacel PVC logo was mounted to 6mm clear acrylic backer and installed using standoffs for a polished & luxurious look.
PVC A-Boards
Great for grabbing attention from the sidewalk these PVC A-boards were direct printed onto 24 x 36″ inserts and finished with a lustre lamination for extra protection from the elements.
Hoarding Banners
Paulson Development chose to use mesh fence banners for their hoarding to cover the perimeter of their construction site. These were printed on a vinyl mesh material, hemmed and grommeted for easy installation to the fence giving it a clean and tidy site.
